ACH Debit Authorization Form is now available. See Forms.
Dog Cleanup. Some owners and renters are not picking up their dog droppings on the property. According to the BHV Bylaws, owners must clean up after their dogs or they will be fined. If a renter does not follow the rule, the condo owner will be responsible for their renter’s fines.
Insurance Policies. According to Utah State law, all owners must have a minimum of $25,000 coverage in their homeowner’s insurance policy to cover the Brian Head Village HOA deductible.
